Starting Dahlias from Seed and Rooting Dahlia Tubers

More seed starting! Last year I started dahlias from seed and it was so much fun that I decided I wanted to do it again this year! I am using the dahlia seeds that came with my Discovering Dahlias book from Floret. I am also going to be getting a couple of dahlia tubers ready to root to harvest cuttings from to increase my stock!
