I take a look at the OEM fitment hard panniers found on the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT, focusing on storage space, how they fit, locking capabilities and usability.

Overall the Yamaha hard panniers are waterproof, lockable, will fit a full face helmet on each side, and are easily locked to the bike and removed. As a standard inclusion to the Tracer 9 GT they are ideal for those looking to do longer trips and who need generous storage.

A key matched to the bike also adds to the convenience factor, and it's an elegant solution with a simple fitment system. Removing the bags takes about five-seconds, and locking them back on maybe 15-seconds.
