For qualifying physical, you have to do certain jobs:
First of all for Female Candidates (Girls Candidates)-
1. You have to run 800 meters in 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
2. You have to do Long Jump of 9 feet.
3. You have to do High Jump of 3 feet.
For Male Candidates (Boys Candidates )-
1. You have to run 1600 meters (1.6 km) in 5 minutes and 45 seconds.
2. You have to do Long Jump of 14 feet.
3. You have to do High Jump of 4 feet.
Note: Only one chance is given for RUNNING & Two chance given for Long and High Jump.
The most important thing is that You should be confident on the day of the PET.
