Decided to have some fun and try to clean up the Sunderland Hills Sanatorium that's located between Riverside and Brandenburg. Goal was to see whats the zomboid population there like and if its worth taking it as a base after full release of build 42. It's probably good to point out i was playing on Survivor settings with zomboid count set to normal and no respawns. I had some mods turned on obviously.

With mentioned settings i managed to round up around 1900 kills, with probably another 200 z's stuck on top floors of the Sanatorium, where some room as for now (Build 42.9.0) does not have doors for them to exit (Already reported to the devs). For some reason as well they wouldn't leave through rooms windows and would get stuck walking on the windows instead.

Over all i'd say it's a good base location for people that like huge amount of space but require a lot of work put into it. With that said i'd probably atempt taking over Sunderland Hills Sanatorium again once the building is fully fixed and full Build 42 drops.
