So one thing that happened under President Trump is that for

work permits.

These are

Form I-129s

It could be H-1B, it could be L-1, different Visa categories where

you work. If you've already been approved multiple times

if already proved once, they were really just going

to be easy going before Trump on the second and third because

you already proved what you needed.

But after President Trump came, he says every time you

renew an extension or extend the case, or renew the case,

they're going to look at the Case like new and do a full

new analysis by whole new Officer essentially.

So even if you've been approved twice with no issues, extended

twice, a third one could be hit. Because they're going to re-review

everything. So that's the situation with that.

And so you just have to be patient.

If you are doing H-1B you have an employer that's hiring an

attorney that's helping you.
