Strategy & Commentary:

In a surprising turn of events, this is a very good matchup for Tool Combo spam ShadowHunter. There is one downside, though, and it's that it's extremely braindead - you simply loop the same rotation about five or six times for the entire fight. The rotation is as follows:

Coupled with an MPM + All res set, you can avoid a good majority of the Beast's attacks while under Tool Combo. If you use MPM stack under Shield (with a bit of LUK investment), you also don't have to interact with the Siphon mechanic at all to dodge its nuke. Moreover, your healing with Tool Prey is just about enough to offset most damage you do end up taking, so you never fall below 50% HP for the entirety of the fight.

Do note that this does use gear that comes from harder / Season Four fights, so if you do use this strategy with lower-end gear, you'll end up taking more damage and thus using a potion or two (and you'll have to resync your rot if Beast uses its weakness nuke), at which point you might as well use a class like BDL or Paladin since those are far less gear-reliant than the strategy showcased here.

Also, as for my choices for helm and weapon, I used Baltael's Aventail for the immobility resist and Rolith's Hammer for Silver element flavor + fashion (and while we're at it, no, this probably wasn't exactly 63 turns - that was the turn count for my first clear).
