Subliminal Training

This is the second of three videos.

This video is designed to help someone learn intermediate english words and their definitions.

For best effect it should be listened to using headphones. Like all subliminal training videos it should be used for a period of time so the suggestions have time to build a consistent base in the subconscious mind.

The normal time that is suggested, is once a day, for thirty days. However everyone's situation is different. Shoot for that goal, but trust yourself to know when to stop. At no time should you force yourself. I also recommend that you only watch this video once a day. The mind needs time to integrate what it is learning. A night's sleep is usually enough time.

I have done everything I can to make this video a pleasing and helpful experience. The visual patterns are designed to be interesting, colorful, and to help the process of Subliminal Training.

However I make no definitive claims and you must use it at your own risk. Because watching this is hypnotic please do not do so in any situation where your safety may be affected.
