GIRL! You changed my life! If you are a people pleaser, Type A, workaholic, who has 1 too many panic attacks in the shower, who can't stop giving yourself away to people who shame you on a regular basis and can't speak up for yourself because you need to make "peace", I can't recommend this book more highly to you. Live your life for yourself and set those boundaries with those who take away your joy and Find your joy!
