Color marking with the FL TT fiber optic marker allows you to personalize your products. Colors are created due to the formation of an oxide film on the surface of the metal, and due to different temperatures and film thicknesses. Materials such as titanium, stainless steel, iron, and zirconium are known for their ability to form colored oxides.

To enhance color marking, technologies such as MOPA and Hatch parameter adjustment play a crucial role. MOPA technology can change the pulse length and vary the power over a wider range, while modifying the hatch parameter affects material intensity, with higher parameters resulting in lighter shades.

The Wattsan FL TT fiber optic marker, with a wavelength of 1064 nm and a frequency range of 1 to 4000 kHz, is designed to provide optimal results for metal marking, offering high contrast images.

Different laser sources, such as JPT, Raycus, and Max Photonics, can be installed on the FL TT marker depending on the specific application requirements.
