What is Reservation and its necessity !

*Reservation general dharam/Rule:-
50% for all the poor/BPL etc, and 50% for General+all reserved Candts can also enter by passing/qualifying in open quota !

*In reserved category Candts, first preference may be given to apply the reservation for the Sons/Daughters of poor farmers/Ryot Coolies, labour,etc in Govt posts recruitment as well as education ! It's a social justice !

*Ex.STs, SCs, some BCs Groups are really socially & financially back ward .So to push up on Development path, reservation is necessary ! Reserved Candts are not poor in Spirit , they work hard in any field, or office works than OC/Upper group Candts & get the work done, public services,etc fast if trained well by the Govt !

*In One Nation, or any Nation, rule/law must be one & the same to all religions, casts, groups people in respect of population control,marriage, & family
planning aspects ,etc !

*To help any cruel, back ward & CRL group people , first the Govt has to provide strict rules & bring the bad people on true path ! Then, thnik of helping step by step to such PPL to serve to some extent to the max on par with others benefits ! It's a god's law & a social justice !

The Central Govt/PM/King(has full powers)with his majority part of Poltcl org members can make/do/take any action, or do modifications, etc for the welfare of the poor, back ward people of any group, or all groups BPL People ! It's a god's law & social service !

*Ex.1) Reservation 50:50, means , 50 for all groups reservation, & 50% for general/open competition- candts & similarly,60:40 also holds the same meaning , but there are some balancing formula conditions to apply !

2) If Reservation is given to all Groups depending on the population% (for intentionally population grown Ppl-certain reduction formula applies if decided to give reservation, during introducing, providing reservation %/ fig) , nothing will happen , & Justification happens to all ! It's a type of social jusitice !

*Limitations:- Conditions apply !
Eligible for poor, mid class family candts . *Above RS 10 lakhs people are not eligible for reservation ,only helpful & useful for true, eligible candts ! First preference to give very very poor BPL Candts !

3) If 10- 12% % reservation is given to the poor/BPL in upper candts , no problem ! Then no body will weep on STs,SCs,BCs reservations ! And it comes under a good deed of social justice !

Then, 50 % for reservations in lower cadre/lower casts & 10-12 % for the poor of upper casts & 40 % left for General-open qouta ! A type of social justice it is & a god's law also
accepts it ! The King/PM with his Ruling org members can take decn ! *For any good deeds, there are so many ways to implement !
*But, in job first preference to be given to the family whose income is less than Rs 1,0000/- per month(2018 -Year fig proposed by Ppl), or 1.20 lakhs per month(Such real Bpl, Poor Candts to be considered as 1 st preference) !

*Limit:- For high level salaried Ppl sons/daughters, high salary/income of govt org, Pvt org, business org ,etc ,& Rs 10 or 12 lakhs per month salary Ppl, business turn over/above 50 lakhs etc reservation not needed & for MLA, MP, Minister's sons, IAS/IPS/High class Drs,Ers,Professors,
Scientists,Cine actors, contractors, or any high income professionals families also, reservation not required !

*Note:- Most of Nation assets are with Upper group Casts people. Ex. see Shelters at Temples, Rich people shelters are shining with AC, etc all facilities. But poor , back ward group people,ST, SC, BC group people shelters are dull, no funds, no maintenance.
Even form houses of upper group caats people Familiar houses/rest houses are shining than other group guest houses/farm houses ! Big contracts works , industries,etc all are of rich people' mostly !

SO , RESERVATION ,GOVT HELP,
BENEFITS,ALL, ETC ALWAYS NEEDED POOR ST,SC,BC/BACKWORD GROUP PEOPLE !
