The main idea is: Just use 1 Character and the Overdrive Mode "Solo". The Overdrive Bar fills itself in 3 rounds, it's quite conveniant because you can only attack him if he's not lying on the ground. If you do so, he'll cast Flare which is very annoying. If you use Slice & Dice then he will fall 100%.I cast Slow on myself to save time, because more turns would be useless.

Note: I do like 55k dmg per hit because my luck is already above 112. If you have ~20 luck then it will take you 7-8 Slice & Dice Overdrives to kill it. It gets better the more luck you have obviously.
