The 11th International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon 2019) organized by NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) in Tallinn revolved around the theme of Silent Battle.

This panel entitled ´Monitoring and Detection of Silent Malicious Activities in Cyberspace´ presents the latest research efforts in the areas of monitoring the Dark Web, detecting malicious communication channels, data analytics and machine learning.

The NATO CCDCOE is a NATO-accredited cyber defence hub focusing on research, training and exercises.
