In case you are unaware, homebrew rules are self-created rules that you can use at your own DM table when you are playing a TTRPG. In this video I go over four of my favorite homebrew rules for the 3rd edition of Mutants & Masterminds; although, you can probably use these homebrew rules for any edition.
