We are joining the advocacy effort in conjunction with the province’s “Make-A-Will Week” campaign to encourage British Columbians to write or update their wills. This process can seem daunting, and to help simplify it for you, our webinar will be presented by Partner and Co-Chair of the Group, Arielle Lavender, and Associate, Kiran Dhesa.

Arielle Lavender

Arielle is a partner and co-leader of Richards Buell Sutton LLP’s Estate and Wealth Advisory Group. Practicing from the Vancouver office, she advises clients on restructuring privately-owned businesses and partnerships, personal estate and incapacity planning, trust planning and administration, estate administration, and general corporate matters. Arielle collaborates closely with clients and their advisors to develop and implement customized strategies that address their unique circumstances and achieve a broad range of personal, tax, family, and business succession objectives. Kiran K. Dhesa

Kiran is an associate at Richards Buell Sutton LLP and a member of the Estate and Wealth Advisory Group.
