6/27/24 Luke

This section of Luke has the record of Jesus' words in The Sermon on the Plateau. The words are much like those of The Sermon on the Mount of Matthew 5-7. It is surely possible that it is the same sermon described by two different observers. If you and I saw a car accident, we would describe it differently.
Please keep Matthew 5 handy as we will make a few comparisons. As always, we'll be looking at other scripture passages throughout the Bible which will aid us in our understanding and will strengthen our faith. Although the 66 books were written down by 40 or more human authors, every one of them was guided by the same Holy Ghost/Spirit.
