KETO COOKIES RECIPE
1 cup cashew, almond or natural peanut butter
1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener (or any other natural sugar replacement)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
1 egg
Mix, put in fridge for 30 minutes. Shape into balls, press down and cook in oven at 350F for 10-12 minutes. ENJOY!

MARRY ME CHICKEN
2 chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 teaspoons oregano
3/4 cup of chicken broth or water
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 jar of sundried tomatoes, chopped
handful of spinach (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F. Season chicken breasts with salt and garlic powder.
Sear on both sides in a pan, take out of the pan and put them on a plate.
Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan, add minced garlic and oregano. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken broth, heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Let simmer for about 4 minutes.
Add sundried tomatoes (I use a whole jar usually). Add chicken breasts (and spinach, if wanted).
Put whole pan in the oven and bake until chicken is cooked through (10-20 minutes).
