This product is the very first Robovac I have owned.
It has met every expectation that I have had with no downsides.
I hadn't cleaned my floors before having it go on its first cleaning journey,
and it was able to vacuum and mop up dirt/dried mud and dog hair throughout the entire house.
After it did, 2-4 passes, it looked better than if I had spent the time to do the chore.
The feature sets it has have been used every cycle, and it has taken a mental load off of my plate.
I bought this item during Black Friday, so I certainly got a great deal for the cost. However, there is no better Robovac on the market.
I am pleasantly pleased with the purchase.

I have had the Dreame L20 Ultra for about 6 days and have been putting it through its paces.
It works as advertised and that says much because the unit is feature rich.
I have purchased over the years 3 robot vacs from the leading manufacturer.
In each case I was disappointed because they did not live up to their press.
This is the first that completely satisfies me. So far, once I get the process worked out,
it has worked flawlessly. My only quibble is that it lacks any step by step instructions for setting up zones and maps.
Once you figure it out it is easy but more hand holding at the beginning would be helpful.
My only design complaint is that the print/labels in the zones/maps display lack contrast.
This combined with the small print makes it difficult to read and edit. Other than that I am more than satisfied.
I purchased this on Black Friday '23 for $1100.
