This clip from @kevinhart4real made me pause. He said: “Who’s really happy for your success?” Not fake support. Not forced claps. But real, genuine pride from someone who watched you grow and actually means it when they say, “I’m proud of you.”

That kind of energy is rare.

I’ve had friends disappear the moment I leveled up. I’ve had people go silent when I shared a win not because they didn’t see it, but because they couldn’t celebrate it. And I’ve learned… that’s okay.

Your growth will expose the insecurities in people who haven’t started theirs yet.

But here’s the flip side when you do find those few who clap loud for your wins, who repost your content, who speak life over your goals when no one else does… cherish them. Keep them close. Because those people are fuel. And their energy is real.

As I’ve built my coaching business, my real estate career, and my brand from the ground up, it’s never been the loud crowd that pushed me forward. It’s always been the few people who believed in the dark. The ones who saw potential long before results.
