Benzo dose cut, new time based taper I’m trying! Update as of 6/19/24

I am NOT a medical doctor, this is purely my experience. As I stated in the video I am trying to taper by pushing out my doses farther apart. The math goes like this. Each dose is 1.5 mg Valium

Multiply hours per day by minutes per day
24*60=1,440 minutes per day

If my doses are every 8 hours and 5 minutes you’d multiply 8 hours by 60 minutes then add the extra minutes so
8*60=480
480+5=485 minutes between doses

Divide minutes per day by minutes between dose
1,440/485=2.969 doses per day

Multiply doses per day by dose amount so
2.969*1.5mg=4.453 mg daily

This can be adjusted and extended as the doses get farther and farther apart
