Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks to those you love and everyone around you! While Thanksgiving has been celebrated for centuries, it didn’t become an official holiday until 1941. In 1941, the House and President Roosevelt declared every fourth Thursday in November to be Thanksgiving. Since then, the holiday has been celebrated by many people across the country. Fun fact: The turkey was nominated to be our national bird but was not chosen.

Thanksgiving can be whatever you want it to be- a turkey doesn’t have to be involved! Here, we have some chicken, corned beef, and ham. What’s important about Thanksgiving is showing your love for friends, family, and anyone around you, with some delicious food of course! There’s something for everyone in this video.
