Learning our FIRST FLOOR SHOW!! (part 1 of ??)

FINALLY - Mad Beatz Philly is learning a floor show for winter exhibition! Not saying we are going to compete, but.....it's DEFINITELY time to learn a challenging show we can move & play.

1. Coach DeyDey writes a tuff arrangement of "Glamorous Life" by ‪@SheilaE‬ as well as "Dance to the Drummer's Beat"
2. Our drummers work hard all week at home to learn and memorize their parts
3. Coaches DeyDey and Steve teach the steps, marching, and moves, one "page" at a time (What's a page?? In this case, 4 bars of music or 16 counts that match a set of steps and/or moves). - so far, there are 9 pages in part 1!
4. Learning the drill / music in pages helps us break down transitions and fix parts of the show that need it without running the whole show over and over!
