Ingredients
Ajwain leaves -15 nos
Grated coconut -1/4 cup
Curd-1 cup
Green chilli -1
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Ghee-1 tbsp
Red chilli -1
For tadka -1/4 tsp cumin seeds

Method:Take a kadai.Add ghee.Add 1 tsp cumin seed.green chilli,black pepper.Fry nicely on a low flame for 2 minutes.Add the ajwain leaves and fry well on a low flame till the raw smell goes and switch off the flame allow it to cool for a minute.Take a mixer jar add the cooled mixture, grated coconut,salt blend well with little water.Make a coarse paste and add curd and grind it to a smooth constiency.Transfer it to bowl. If it is thick add little water and adjust.For seasoning.Add ghee mustard seeds, cumin seeds,red chilli and mix well.Pour the tadka to the tambuli.Our yummy and healthy tambuli is ready.Serve with hot rice.
