All times are by SDA timing. This timing is from the moment you gain control to the moment you win the scenario.

This is the second easiest mission in the entire speedrun besides Mission 11. It requires a lot of splitting the units up in the beginning, but so long as you have earthquake by the time the first horseman hits the enemy base, you won't lose much time.
