"Tambang" - Ambush (Filipino Communist Song)

A song from the Militant Marxist-Leninist-Maoist party in the Philippines known as the Communist Party of the Philippines alongside its armed wing being the New People's Army, waging a guerrilla war of the protracted people's war in the countryside which is still going on today.

The song depicts the routine of a guerrilla during a 'Tactical Offensive' showcases how each Maoist guerrilla's discipline and strength to wage on the ambush, The song also depicts the preparation of the ambush to which a guerrilla must be slowly take their positions till the enemies (Government Forces) crosses the ambush point, a perspective of a Maoist guerrilla during their routinely ambushes.
