Spinach Cottage Cheese Flatbread with Prosciutto and Burrata

Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese
• Eggs
• Spinach
• Seasonings
• Prosciutto slices
• Fresh arugula
• Burrata
• Mayonnaise
• Dijon mustard
• Honey

Instructions:
1. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, and your favorite seasonings until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray and spread it evenly.
3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until set. Let cool slightly.
4. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth and creamy.
5. Spread the sauce over the flatbread.
6. Top with a handful of fresh arugula.
7. Layer prosciutto slices over the arugula.
8. Add pieces of burrata on top.
9. Gently roll the flatbread up.
10. Slice and enjoy.
