The rotating milking parlor at Nelson Farms is jaw dropping.

I knew immediately that I wanted to tell their story. The Nelson’s are dairy farmers, doing what they can to adapt to the ever-more challenging dairy industry.

At the time of filming, they operated both an organic farm and a conventional farm. Very interesting!
