The rettenbach glacier is a beautifull beginners piste with a somewhat treacherous end part (certainly if you hit it for the first time in a thick mist ;). Take a right turn asap if you prefer blue pistes all the way.
The soelden glaciers are a good escape from the resort's crowded winter skiarea.
