Oven မလို ရွှေကြည်ဆနွင်းမကင်း လုပ်နည်း - Burmese Semolina Cake (without Oven)English & Myanmar Sub

One of the most famous dessert in Myanmar. It is called Sa-Nwin-Ma-Kin. Some people add raisins and/or nuts but it is not necessary for the most authentic recipes.
Sanwin Makin is usually topped with sesame or poppy seeds. Burmese Semolina Cake is also known as Shwe Kyi Cake.
