Back in 2023 I visited Yogdham again to shoot for the Indian Strength Arts Documentary together with my cameraman Leslie Wilkes. Yogdham or the Kasrat Shala is an amazing movement in India that teaches the filipino martial arts Kali in combination with yoga, and mace and clubs training. They were the first gym in India that had full steel mace and gada capacity. The owner, Veer, shares a lot about his experience with these tools and why they are so important.
