In this video, I will be showing you how to make authentic Hausa dankwa. Dankwa is popular among hausa speaking communities and where the Hausa people have migrated to. It has so many names and some are variants of dodonkwa such as donkwa, dankuwa, dankwa, tanfiri, uloka. Other non Nigerians know it as daakoa, adaakwa and zowey. Whatever it is called, dankwa, dankuwa or tanfiri is a very delicious, sweet and savory snack. It is known as energy ball that is equally filling. It also nutritious and contains lots of fiber.
