Albuterol Inhaler - How to Use

How to use an albuterol or ventolin or proair inhaler by Dr. Michael Brown with onstageRx.com

1. Take off the cap, make sure mouthpiece is clean
2. Shake 10-15 times
3. W/O the inhaler deep breath in and deep breath out all the way
4. Holding upright put lips around and in mouth, above tounge, and between teeth, sealing lips
5. Begin to breath in slowly
6. Press down on the inhaler just after you begin to breath in
7. Continue to slowly breath in as much as you can
8. Hold breath for 10 seconds or as lung as comfortable (this part is very important
9, Breath out slowly
10. Repeat for a second dose
