Diddy SMACKED With Sex Trafficking, Racketeering, Kidnapping Charges In DISTURBING INDICTMENT

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams laid out the federal charges against Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The 14-page indictment describes the racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution allegations the rap mogul faces.

In his first court appearance, Combs pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors called the music executive "dangerous" and urged that he be jailed without bail, citing the guns found at his home and believing the weapons were used to intimidate witnesses. His lawyers proposed that he be released on a $50 million bond to home detention with electronic monitoring.

The judge ruled that Diddy will remain in custody.
