Gyanvapi Case Hearing: Allahabad HC Dismissed Plea Seeking Judicial Inquiry | Latest English News

Amid the Gyanvapi case hearing, Allahabad HC has dismissed a plea that is seeking judicial inquiry about the recently found structure in the GyanvapiMasjid in Varanasi by the high court and supreme court judge. Now the Lucknow bench of court is comprising of the senior most judges. The bench has expressed reluctant to hear the PIL that wanted territorial jurisdiction, it had also declined the PIL ans said that it would issue a detailed order later. This case have been pending in various courts from the Varanasi senior division Civil Court to the district court over the last several months.
