In this video, I continue to explore a 60 Day Quest to my lifestyle. I am sharing how I explore looking at a structure of creating systems vs goals and document one of the first big reassessments I need to help build a better life system, by changing our environment, sharing the Family Room Process, Ongoing Thoughts as I chill out with Meryl, and reflecting on the micro-moments of love and gratitude for Caleb (via tiles, sunflowers, and simply thinking of his smile). This is to benefit me, personally, overall but to also have a ripple effect for an increased quality of life and less mental chaos that can make me feel limited in other areas of life. (and with Caleb obvi, 😉).

Sometimes one habit can be resetting enough for better productivity, yet sometimes it is hard to admit the overall structure needs to be revisited when 'it's just not working' feels like the heaviest part of depression and anxiety related aspects in life. I struggle with ptsd in my life, and I am actively in pursuit to look for a better formula for what can work well for me. How to get your life together through simple living, wellness, self care routines, healthy habits are keywords for those looking for self betterment in their personal growth journey. Currently, I am applying myself to approach looking at things more in pursuit of addressin systems vs goals, or is it goals vs systems?
