The Loynds Water Cooled Drop Roller Machine is designed for the high output production of various candies such as sugar and sugar-free, as well as firmer soft candies and inclusions like honeycomb and fudge.

The Water Cooled Drop Roller features two sets of rollers, each 150mm wide. The machine comes equipped with one set of water-cooled pre-sizing rollers and another set of water-cooled forming rollers. These rollers can be customised to your specific requirements.

The roller speed is variable and independently controlled, and the machine’s typical output is around 300kg per hour, dependent on product size. The rollers are crafted from phosphor bronze, while the remainder of the machine boasts a full stainless steel construction.
