Midea’s simple top-mount refrigerator provides all the basics that an Aussie home needs. With a total volume of 292 litres, it’s about the right size to efficiently look after a two-person household.

Like all fridges, it’s important to double check all of this model’s measurements before making a purchase, leaving some extra room free for ventilation.

The simple white fridge comes with the doors hinged on the right hand side, though it is possible to reverse these to better fit your home.

Looking inside the fridge, it’s a No Frost design, so you shouldn’t have to worry about icy build-up in the fridge or freezer.

Speaking of the freezer, its space is split in half by this shelf, which you can place at one of three different heights. There are also two door shelves for conveniently storing bags of frozen veggies, or single serve tubs of ice cream!

At the rear of the freezer is the simple mechanical dial for looking after its temperature. And up at the top, we have the twist ice maker, which is a fast and simple way to prepare full trays of ice cubes, releasing them with just a flick of the wrist.

Looking inside the lower refrigerator section, there are six shelf positions available for organising your food. There are also two crisper bins for keeping fruit and vegetables fresh and organised, plus two door shelves for holding bottles, cans and jars.

The fridge features its own temperature control, separate from the freezer, managed with the dial at the top. And thanks to the fridge’s multi-air flow design, the temperature will remain uniform right throughout the fridge interior, without leaving warmer or colder sections.
