Follow below steps
Step 1- Edit .zshrc file or Create .zshrc file (if not present)
Step 2- export JAVA_HOME=/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-11.jdk/Contents/Home
export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH
Step 3- source .zshrc
