From the Unsellables Season 1, Episode 7. Dana and Mark have only three weeks to sell their completely empty two-storey suburban house… Or they risk losing their new home. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house features a spacious layout and a few renovated rooms… But it also has hideously dated décor throughout. The contrast is a major turn-off for potential buyers, says Sofie… And so is the complete lack of furniture.

In order to transform the home from drab to fab, Sofie comes up with a $4,400 plan to update the kitchen and bathrooms, breathe new life into the décor, and bring in plenty of furniture to give the rooms a sense of space and function. Mark and Dana are committed from day one… And while Anthony and the team work their magic on the interiors, they learn the basics of real estate from Sofie. The results are fantastic… But will the home sell in time?
