From Technical to Management – Shayan Bose’s Journey at PIBM

Shayan Bose, now a Management Trainee at L’Oréal, secured his PPO thanks to the exposure and guidance he received at PIBM Pune. The Business Orientation Program helped him transition from a technical background to management, while corporate sessions, GD training, and mock PIs sharpened his professional skills.

Hands-on experience in Marketing—Sales & Distribution, Channel Sales, Market Research, Digital Marketing, and analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel prepared him to excel in the corporate world. With the Summer Internship Program and constant faculty support, Shayan turned opportunities into a successful placement!
