The Architects Series – A documentary on: Benedetta Tagliabue – EMBT Architects is the 27th instalment of this event organized by THE PLAN magazine for Iris Ceramica Group.

Benedetta Tagliabue – EMBT’s experience in architecture, interior design, and infrastructure spans numerous projects, comprising educational, commercial, industrial, and residential designs, as well as building restoration and landscape architecture.

Today, Benedetta Tagliabue – EMBT has offices in Barcelona, Shanghai, and Paris, and works internationally, with numerous new projects in Europe, China, Taiwan, and elsewhere. Constantly growing and developing, the firm’s work environment is multicultural and full of aspiring young architects who work side by side with project directors to give shape to new, innovative ideas and designs.

From day one, the practice has had an open approach, centered on exploration, experimentation, and high levels of conceptual thought.

In recognition of the studio’s work, Benedetta Tagliabue – EMBT received the Catalan National Architecture Prize in 2002, the RIBA Stirling Prize in 2005, the Spanish National Architecture Prize in 2006, the City of Barcelona Prize in both 2005 and 2009, FAD awards in 2000, 2003, and 2007, and WAF awards in 2010 and 2011.
