🥩 Perfect Carnivore Waffle (3 Ingredients!)

These waffles are fluffy, sturdy, and perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or even a carnivore-friendly grilled cheese. No cheese needed — just eggs, mayo, and beef gelatin!

🔹 Dash 4x4 Waffle Iron Recipe (Makes 4 waffles)

3 large eggs

6 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp beef gelatin

🔹 Dash 4x4 Waffle Iron (makes 4 waffles)
➡️ Per waffle

Protein: ~5.7g

Fat: ~20.3g

Carbs: ~0.3g

Instructions:

Preheat your Dash 4x4 waffle maker.

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise, and beef gelatin until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.

Pour evenly into the 4x4 waffle iron.

Cook until golden and set, about 7–8 minutes.

Cool slightly before loading with your favorite toppings.

1 large egg

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp beef gelatin

Carbs: ~0.2g

Instructions:

Preheat your Dash Mini waffle maker.

Whisk egg, mayonnaise, and beef gelatin until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.

Pour half the mixture into the waffle maker.

Cook 3–4 minutes until golden, then repeat with remaining batter.
