$275 is not cheap, but Sushi Shin is definitely worth that price! Many sushi omakase restaurants leave me hungry; however, Sushi Shin's twenty-three courses satisfied me. This restaurant is run by Chef Jason himself with sourcing, prepping, and serving. Sushi Shin has been awarded one Michelin star since 2021.
