Karcher Window Vac MV5 flashing red light | Trying to fix | Part 1

Jonny from work asked me to look at his Karcher MV5 window vac. It stopped working after it was dropped. He bought a new battery, which didn't fix the problem, so he gave it to me, to take a look at.
