[Weekend lunch set] Japanese pork cutlet, miso soup, macaroni salad. Easy homemade crispy Tonkatsu🥓🥗

Hello everyone. Everyone can be busy and sometimes tired but don't loose your aim of life! Let's cook Japanese tonkatsu for the weekend to lift your mind! It will be the main dish (Tonkatsu) with salad and Miso soup. This set of meal you can eat easily in the restaurant but try it yourself!

Recipes:
- Tonkatsu (pork cutlets) - 4 meals
4 pork cutlets
salt and peppers
flour
a beaten egg
bread crumbs (panko)
Pound the meat to make them softer. Sprinkle salt and pepper - flour 2 sides.
Dip cutlets into the beaten egg, then coat the pork with panko.
Fry in deep oil
Enjoy with shredded cabbage, mini tomato, lettuce.

- Macaroni salad
40g macaroni
a cucumber - 1/2tsp of salt
4 slice ham - cut into small pieces
2tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper
2 tsp sesame
Boil macaroni. Thinly slice a cucumber, mix with salt - put aside 10mins - wash and squeeze out water from cucumber. Mix boiled macaroni - cucumber - ham with other ingredients. Add sesame at the end. The macaroni salad is done!

- Miso soup
500ml water
a dried kelp (10cm) or 1tsp dashi powder
150g tofu
5g Dried seaweed (put in water 5mins before cooking)
1tbsp miso paste
Slowly boil water with kelp over 15mins to extract umami from the kelp. Cut 150g tofu into cubes and add to the soup. Dissolve miso paste into the soup. The miso soup is ready!
