Four winns 245 Vista engine room S-side stringers and part of the transom was rotten. I removed all the wet foams from the engine room, rotten part of the transom and wet stringers. Then I replaced those with new plywood pieces and reinforced the transom because this specific boat was "Inboard to Outboard conversion project"
