It has been 4 wonderful months with Artemis after fostering and then quickly adopting a Bahamian potcake! She is getting more and more comfortable and training is working out great..she is a smart and loving dog...very different than the other dogs we have owned but different in a good way. She started out timid and was a little on the lethargic side of things but she is really coming into her own in the last month..almost to the point of resembling a different dog. Nowadays she is up to speed on her basic tricks..sleeps in our bed and is in the beginning stages of ruling the roost!

We love her so much and in this video we go over the adjustment period and talk about all things Artemis!

We are a couple who decided to make a change to the way we were doing things after living a busy life in the city. We sold our house and bought a small camp with 3 acres and have been living simply off grid, offgrid (and gridless) for 14 years and we have not looked back. It’s a work in progress and we have done almost all of the work ourselves and so we thought we would attempt to inform/entertain those who are interested in our projects (and other random thoughts) in the hopes of giving back to other users the way that many vlogs and sites that have aided us along the way.
