"‘Let’s have a bit of f*cking fun,’ yelled Gurriers frontman Dan Hoff as he took to the Muziekgieterij Stage. And fun we had. Calling their show energetic would be an understatement. Gurriers hit the BKS with the force of a hurricane. The music was blasting, the musicians were ravenous, and the audience was receptive. This post-punk band from Ireland is seen as a promising act and that afternoon, they immediately proved themselves.

After the show, Dan Hoff and drummer Pierce Callaghan sat down next to Heaven editor Ludo Diels for a good chat. The guys had just had an exhausting trip from Italy and wanted to get some things off their chest."
