A series of Pre WWII Videos representing an interesting visual of change 1939 to 2021

Decisions were made long ago, before Greater Wellington existed, to constrain the river to make room for urban development and infrastructure. This video shows the space that’s been taken away, and illustrates the task we have to restore mana to the awa, to give it as much room as we can, with the limited amount of space that remains.
