Training Unhandled Horses | Preparing The Horse For Hoof Trimming

Here we are with our third installment of the training session with Pearl. In today's video I talk a lot about the language of horse training. And the language of horse training is pressure and release. We will be using the concepts of pressure and release to prepare Pearl for the trimming of her hooves. This is the end goal that we have been working towards. Developing good processes and being consistent in your processes is how you build a training program that will be beneficial for you and the horse as you undertake the everyday tasks of horsemanship.
