Here's one of our favorite inertia science demos, but beware: there are 🔪 knives 🔪 involved!

Inertia is the tendency of matter to stay still or keep moving unless you do something to change that. But if you try to move an object too quickly, you might only succeed in breaking it!

Can you break this piece of wood... WITHOUT also breaking the thin paper hooked around the sharp knives? Understanding inertia can help! We take a look in this science demo.
